Lego® Stop Motion Animation
Fill your week with action, adventure and a lot of comedy with Film Camp in A Box. Mentored by master filmmakers, campers will engage in hands-on exploration of the stop motion animation process, including pre-production, production and post-production. Working in small crews, they will learn about stop motion animation, set design, script writing and editing. Campers will then create their own stop motion animation and movie trailer using our Macbooks, 4K cameras and more. Half day will be spent in Film Camp and half day will include traditional camp activities, as well as mini golf and time at Big Splash as available.
Movies will be presented at our red carpet, popcorn film festival and archived on our digital theatre.
Film Camp in A Box will supply all arts materials including clay for set design and provide a limited amount of LEGO® Minifigure figurines. We encourage campers to bring in additional LEGO® to help facilitate their stop motion short.

Pre-packaged healthy lunch and morning and afternoon snacks are included daily!

Camp Hours
- 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Extended care drop-off & pick-up (no charge) - 8:00am to 9:00am & 4:00pm to 5:30pm
Registration Fees
- $455.00 per week per child
Campers must be pre-registered before 5:00pm on Wednesday prior to Camp Week. Sorry we cannot accept late registrations.
- The ratio of counselors to children is 1:10
- Full payment is required when registering your child(ren).
- Day Camp fees are non-refundable and individual camp days missed for any reason will not be refunded or credited.
- Tax receipts will be issued automatically by email in January.
- Bingemans does not accept responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen.
