How do I get there?
Entry point to Gift of Lights for 2024
Please enter at the Conference Centre Driveway as indicated on the map and follow the signs to Gift of Lights.
What is Gift of Lights?
Experience the most spectacular holiday attraction of the Season! The largest holiday light display drive thru in Southwestern Ontario. Be prepared to be dazzled by the amazing displays while listening to holiday music.
I have been gifted a ticket. How do I redeem it?
You do not need to book online in advance with these tickets, they are good for any day. Please visit us any day that we are open and simply present the ticket or voucher at the Gift of Lights Entrance.
How do I redeem an Early Bird Ticket?
You do not need to book online in advance and do not need to select a date and time to visit, these tickets are for drive thru nights only and valid on select days only. Please check your ticket. These tickets CANNOT be used on walk only nights.
Where is Gift of Lights located?
Located at Bingemans at 425 Bingemans Centre Dr. Kitchener, Ontario. Please enter at the conference centre entrance.

Is it open on holidays (such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day)?
Yes, we open on all holidays, please see above for hours.

Can I buy Tickets at the Door?
As Gift of Lights is a timed entry event, tickets MUST be purchased in advance online.
Are there any group rates available?
There are group rates available to group sizes of 25 or more individuals. Please contact group sales at 519-744-1555 or giftoflights@bingemans.com
Is there Food and Beverages?
Food and Beverages will be available for purchase on-site for Walk Only Nights. We will be serving hot and cold seasonal beverages. Boston Pizza is also available for dining options as well as FunworX for quick service food and beverage options.
How long does the entire experience take?
Gift of Lights drive thru is approximately 30 minutes.
What is the Refund Policy?
All tickets are non-refundable and non transferable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We encourage you to have your digital ticket ready for scanning, or alternatively print a copy of your ticket for scanning upon arrival.
Can I bring my dog?
You can have your dog in your vehicle during the drive thru, Walk only nights are Dog Friendly!

Can I Take Pictures?
Absolutely! We encourage all our guests to take photos, post on social media and share their experience with family and friends!

Is Smoking Permitted on the Grounds?
Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the Event Space.
What happens if there is severe weather?
The event will operate in all weather, i.e. rain, snow. We will only close the event if the grounds are deemed unsafe due to severe weather conditions or damage to our infrastructure. Tickets are non-refundable, but in an emergency closure scenario, we will make every effort to exchange your tickets for another available date.
Can I pass other vehicles during the drive thru portion?
We ask that you be courteous of other vehicles around you and you do not pass. Please do not exceed the speed limit of 10km/hr. Stopping is not permitted anywhere during the drive thru, including the tunnels.
Is Gift of Lights accessible?
The drive thru experience is in the comfort of your own vehicle, so it is completely accessible. The walk only nights is approximately 2.5 km of walking an outdoor setting, with several elevations that may be accessible, but subject to weather conditions.
